Returns Policy USA

Items may be returned within a period of 100 days following the delivery date. The customer shall be responsible for the direct cost of returning any item. Any parcel returned against payment of freight costs will be refused.

Once your communication has been received, we shall inform you of the address to which the returned product is to be delivered.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 100  days after purchase.

Right of revocation.

Of course, we would like to hear from you so that we can improve our service and/or perhaps come to an even better solution.

The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the Entrepreneur for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notifies him of the withdrawal.

Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever time is earlier.

The entrepreneur uses the same means of payment that the consumer has used for reimbursement unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
